We participate with select plans from insurers such as Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield (PPO and Options), Cigna, Corvel, Humana, Imagine Health, Multiplan, The Alliance, TriWest Healthcare Alliance, United Healthcare, and Zelis. Participation varies by plan and network.

Most patients do not. PPO plans generally let you book directly. We do not accept HMO patients. If you are unsure what your plan requires, please check with your insurer before booking.
